On 24 April 2023, the 5th edition of the national competition Young Waiters' Championships was held, organised by the Senior Secondary School Complex No. 3 in Siedlce in cooperation with the Polish Waiters' Association. All under the honorary patronage of the Minister of Education and Science, the Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodship, the Mayor of Siedlce, the Siedlce Poviat Starost and the Mazovian Education Supervisor.
The Championships were attended by students and their teachers from catering schools from all over Poland, including: Łódź, Warsaw, Żelechów, Mińsk Mazowiecki, Garwolin, Łuków and Siedlce.
Students had to demonstrate their knowledge of waiter service and face various competitions such as fruit juice service from a carafe, table setting for an a'la carte order, rosé wine service or French service.
This event was proudly supported by Robert's Port Hotel as sponsor of the competition.
